**Business Development**
- Identify and explore new reefer business opportunities by engaging with Commercial team as well as our network offices
- Support Commercial team to secure Reefer business by having joint customer meetings and working with carriers, network offices and internal stakeholders to meet the customer’s requirements.
- Engage internal stakeholders to develop and implement pricing strategies and solutions for the trade
**Procurement**
- Define and execute against Procurement Strategy
- Full compliance with Corporate Carriers and Procurement Policy to support the Product Strategy
- Source and attend to rates request from Commercial / operation team pertaining to Sea Freight Reefer services.
- Rate negotiation, maintenance and distribution to relevant parties.
- Support RFQ pricing
- Conduct quarterly performance review meetings with vendors
**Carrier and Subcontractor Selection and Contracting**
- Negotiate master conditions and ensure procurement of best possible ocean freight reefer rates including surcharges
- Develop and maintain contract standards
- Ensure that capacity agreements are maintained in the respective systems
**Management of Buying Rates**
- Provide input to Regional Tradelane Management on local buying rates, consolidation opportunities, and capacity constraints
- Create and maintain buying rate visibility by implementing rate database with company standard
**Healthcare QMS**
- Take lead in ensuring the company is Healthcare QMS compliant by keeping up to date on the company Healthcare policies & industry practice, creating awareness and conducting trainings to relevant stakeholders
- Review and qualify new vendors according to Healthcare QMS standards and policies
- Manage and review existing vendors to ensure compliance to the company’s Healthcare QMS standards and policies
- Participate in internal/external audits
**General Management**
- Control/monitor adherence of procurement to globally agreed procurement standards
- Delivering a high performing service culture
- Keep abreast of industry changes, market situation and customer requirements; update all respective working colleagues within the geographical region on the changes of market condition
- Establish and maintain a working rapport with Country management / Commercial / Operation by providing expertise and education in capacity, pricing and product management
- Constantly drive continuous improvement efforts within area of responsibility (e.g. collaboration, system, processes)

- Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
