**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of projects such as new product implementation and transfer, process and machinery modification, material evaluation.
- Initiate and implement yield improvement project through machine mechanization and process optimization. Liaise and coordinate with inter-plant to implement improvement project. Lead the Work Improvement Team (WIT).
- Support production for any excursion, by using the 4M to find the root cause, containment, corrective and preventive action.
- Implement method studies and quality tools such as DOE, SPC, PFMEA & Statistical Testing.
- Assist company in elimination of non-value-added activities on-and-off line so as to improve its competitiveness.
- Initiate and develop new process flow through design and installation of new machinery to have quantum improvement in production efficiency and reliability.
- Use and document all engineering drawings and ECN.
- Lead and run Engineering evaluations.
- Lead the Quality Change Process Checklist (QCPC) for new product transfer.
- Identify and establish training programmes with the training department to improve the operational readiness of production personnel.
- Lead a group of PM and Process teams to accomplish projects assigned.

- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in the manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Willing to be posted to Vietnam/Indonesia.
