**_Roles & Responsibilities: _**

1. Provide exceptional customer service to members and their guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable dining experience.

2. Set up tables and prepare dining areas for service, including cleaning and polishing silverware, glassware, and table settings.

3. Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that all items are presented according to the club's standards.

4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and disposing of waste.

5. Attend to members' special requests and dietary restrictions, and communicate them accurately to the kitchen staff.

6. Maintain knowledge of the club's menus, wine lists, and special promotions, and make appropriate recommendations to guests.

7. Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service, and maintain a professional and respectful working relationship with all team members.

**_Requirements: _**

1. At least two years of experience in a high-end dining establishment or private club.

2. Excellent customer service skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor and a genuine desire to please guests.

3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and convey information accurately and clearly.

4. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.

7. Knowledge of food and beverage service, including proper serving etiquette and wine service.

8. Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the club and its members.
