The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.

**About the Team**:

- The Regional Mobility Team is responsible for cross-border deployment of our talents to facilitate our talent development and business growth in different markets. We own the global mobility benefits policies, and work closely with local markets to implement our policies.
- Collaborate with local People teams and external vendors on mobility logistics operations including but not limited to visa, flights, housing, and relocation assistance
- Explain and answer queries from employees and relevant HR stakeholders on mobility policies
- Work with local People teams to execute improve local mobility processes to align with regional policies and cater to local talent management needs
- Work collaboratively with other People team stakeholders to improve mobility policies based on the organisation’s current and emerging talent needs

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Fast and pro-active learner with excellent planning, time management and organisational skills to deliver work against tight deadlines
- Team player and resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus to facilitate cross border interactions and discussions across stakeholders
- Full-time interns who can start as soon as possible are preferred (3-6 months or longer)
