**What you get to do in this role**:
- Partner closely with APJ Renewal Sales Leader to work on Renewal business cadence and drive execution
- Work with cross-functional leads and Global team to drive annual Renewal sales planning, quota setting and territory mapping.
- Support APJ Renewals business on forecasting process, tracking deals movement, and advising renewal loss/downsell risks.
- Assist sales leaders critical projects to monitor and help meet critical business metrics
- Support the Solutions Sales Leadership in developing key presentations for internal and external audiences
- Drive internal processes and systems improvement to support sales excellence
- Examine sales pipeline data, analyze patterns and trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven insights to sales leaders.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and provide insights to APJ business stakeholders
- Key member of the APJ Reporting and Functional Ops team
**Qualifications** Qualifications**
**To be successful in this role you have**:
- Relevant experience in sales operations, business analysis, program management, or similar role. Good knowledge of Renewals sales, Go-To-Market process, and sales methodology.
- Prior experiences in software companies preferably SaaS
- Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing, comfort in business and technical discussions
- Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives across various geographies and functions
- Strong analytical and financial skills to work on complex business issues with minimum supervision
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment
- Software as a Service (SaaS) industry domain expertise, and the ability to understand complex technology problems is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks at the same time and drive initiatives in a cross functional environment

**Remote**
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home.
