We are looking for a Personal Secretary who would be the manager's right hand. As Personal Secretary, you will be instrumental in helping the office run smoothly, provide support to manager.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Enhances effectiveness by providing information management support
- Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, transmitting text, data and graphics.
- Organises work by reading and routing correspondence, collecting information and initiating telecommunications.
- Manages department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Managing the daily/ weekly/ monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms.
- Take an active role and provide valuable input to the management decisions related to sharing issues, merger, and takeovers.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resource.
- Administrative writing skills.
- Reporting skills and events management.
- Microsoft office and power point skills.
- Professionalism, confidentiality and organization.
- Strong verbal communication
- Previous experience preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
