**HRBP/L&D or Compensation & Benefits Manager **to join their team.

**Role Summary**:
- Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will play an integral role in leading and driving People initiatives across key enablers such as Talent Acquisition, Performance management, Rewards, Talent management, and Workforce development.
- As the HR Business Partner, you will partner with various business leaders on critical people initiatives as the firm continues to scale the capacity and capabilities to serve our customers.
**Job Scope**:
- Partner with Businesses to initiate, build and execute comprehensive Talent strategies which address multiple and diverse business imperatives.
- Provide workforce planning and forecasting in alignment with business on current and future needs.
- Place the right people with the right values and capabilities ensuring a robust talent pipeline and retention. Focus on the development and alignment of the team structure, and clarity of roles/positions to enable and drive successful outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with the People team to deliver core HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, performance reviews, rewards exercises, employee engagement surveys, learning initiatives, and other new initiatives.
- Uphold doing things right, the right way in accordance with the firm’s core values.
- Maintain knowledge of employment laws, industry trends, and practices.
- Steer and coordinate compensation activities, incl. market benchmarking, management of programs such as bonuses, sales incentives, long-term incentive programs, or recognition, and consult with businesses on compensation needs.
- Partner with leaders to build up the organizational capability to accelerate future Talent readiness, with a focus on key talents, critical roles, profiles, and competencies.
- Collaborate across the Center of Expertise to strengthen employee engagement and create an awesome learning experience for our people.
- Project manages key learning initiatives, and drives and implements deliverables for effective organizational outcomes.
- Drive analysis and reporting of learning metrics to assess the impact of learning initiatives, and leverage insights to make recommendations to enhance the learning experience for our people.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR Business Partnering, with depth in Rewards, Performance, and Talent Management ideally in the tech sector.
- Resourceful with strong change management and collaborative skills to partner with and influence senior stakeholders.
- Set high standards of ownership, accountability, and performance for self and others.
- Proactive and takes initiative with a can-do attitude - a self-starter and problem solver.
- Highly developed interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to perform efficiently with a high level of accuracy in a dynamic environment.
- Able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Conversant with knowledge of HR tech trends and digital solutions.
