**Responsibilities**
- Perform Installation, Test/Commission, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM & CM), Repair and troubleshoot on healthcare equipment/system.
- Response, monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Plan and schedule PM or CM.
- Provide Post-sales support when require.
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors, contractors, customers for projects.
- Assist superior in project execution.
- Provide Pre/Post-Sales Support
- Actively conduct sales activities via cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential customers
- Prepare, demo and deliver presentations on products and services
- Create frequent sales reviews/reports and conduct market research
- Participate in sales activities e.g. exhibitions & seminars
- Able to negotiate & close deals
- Collaborate & gather feedback/prospect and share with team members
- Any ad-hoc duties or calls as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- NITEC/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Experience with software assisted technical service diagnostic & testing equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills highly motivated and service orientated.
- Proficiency in English with good MicroSoft office knowledge & IT skills
- Self-Motivation & Good marketing & negotiation skills
- Product and sales technique training and coaching will be provided
- Must possess a valid driving license will be an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively, independently and a team player.
- English verbal and written communication skills.

**Benefits**

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
