We are seeking a **TIBCO Businessworks Engineer**to join our dynamic team at Synechron. This is an **onsite role with a leading global bank**, where you will play a key role in designing and implementing robust integration solutions using **TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x**, **Java**, and **Spring Boot**technologies.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using **TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x**, **Java**, and **Spring Boot**technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Perform unit testing and support integration and system testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integration solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Document technical specifications and design documents.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of integration solutions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Hands-on experience with **TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x**.
- Proficient in **Java**and **Spring Boot**frameworks.
- Experience in full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Prior experience working in a banking or financial services environment is a plus.
