Direct Responsibilities
- Define best practices, design, building & support the essential foundations of the TIBCO integration platform.
- Migrating TIBCO BW, EMS, MQ Adapter from the existing platform to new platform.
- Familiar with RHEL 8 and above, Java, Oracle and other TIBCO Products like Hawk, Rendezvous.
- Enhance existing migration framework and utilities to include customer specific customisation
- Contribute towards the end-to-end solutioning for these new integration streams.
- Contribute towards defect leakage and quality improvement initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications required
- TIBCO BW certified architects with TCP certifications in TIBCO BW5, BW 6 or BWCE
- Cloud certifications are desired qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the Technology field including Integration Architecture and hands on in both development and production support roles in TIBCO BW, EMS and middle ware Adapters
- Experience in providing communications across business and technology stakeholders at varying levels.
- Experience in planning, designing and executing effective support and process models
- Understanding of Software process Models like Agile, Waterfall etc.
- Experience in Incident, Problem Management: Incident tracking & reporting; Problem tracking & reporting until resolution to ensure reduction of production Incidents.
- Experience in or participation in Capacity Planning, Re-Engineering, Performance Fine Tuning of complex Integration platforms
- Desired experience in Infrastructure Migrations: Hands on experience in planning and executing DB Migrations, Server Migrations, Version Upgrades from the production support perspective for TIBCO BW platforms
