**We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Java Engineer with deep expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks v5 and a strong background in the banking or financial services industry. This role is critical in designing and maintaining robust integration solutions that support our clients core banking systems and digital transformation initiatives.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand banking requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop secure and high-performance APIs and messaging systems for real-time banking operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across banking platforms and third-party systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security standards.
- Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to the evolution of the bank’s integration strategy.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software development and integration.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum **5 years of Java development**experience.
- At least **3 years of hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks v5**.
- **Proven experience in the banking or financial services industry**is **essential**.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, SOA, and ESB.
- Experience with JMS, SOAP/RESTful APIs, XML, and XSLT.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and regulatory compliance (e.g., MAS, PCI-DSS).
- Proficient with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with other TIBCO tools (EMS, Hawk, Administrator).
- Knowledge of core banking systems (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of ISO 20022, SWIFT, or other financial messaging standards.
