**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic BIM Leadership**:Develop, implement, and champion BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and workflows for M&E scope, aligning with project objectives, client mandates (including LTA requirements), and industry best practices.
- **LOD Expertise & Management**:Lead and oversee the development of M&E BIM models from LOD 300 (Detailed Design, suitable for construction documentation and coordination) through to LOD 500 (As-Built, comprehensive for operations, maintenance, and asset management).
- **Team Supervision & Mentorship**:Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team of BIM Coordinators and Modellers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- **Quality Assurance & Compliance**:Establish robust BIM quality control and assurance protocols for M&E models and data, ensuring strict adherence to project standards, company protocols, and Singaporean regulatory requirements (e.g., BCA, LTA BIM standards).
- **Inter-disciplinary Coordination & Clash Detection**:Drive efficient M&E model coordination and lead clash detection meetings using advanced BIM software (e.g., Navisworks Manage), facilitating proactive resolution of conflicts with Architectural, Structural, and other disciplines.
- **Technology & Innovation**:Evaluate, recommend, and integrate cutting-edge BIM technologies, software solutions, and innovative workflows to enhance productivity and model accuracy across M&E projects.
- **Content & Standards Development**:Contribute to the creation and maintenance of standardized M&E BIM content libraries, templates, and best practices.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Act as a key BIM liaison with clients (including LTA representatives), consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors, ensuring clear communication of BIM requirements and deliverables.
- **Project Documentation & Handover**:Oversee the final handover of comprehensive LOD 500 as-built models and associated asset information for facility management.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- **Experience**in managing BIM projects for **LTA (Land Transport Authority) infrastructure developments**in Singapore.
- **Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP**and **Navisworks Manage**for advanced coordination and clash detection.
- Strong familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud platforms and other relevant BIM tools.In-depth knowledge of M&E systems design, construction processes, and a thorough understanding of Singaporean building codes, standards (e.g., BCA BIM Guide), and LTA project requirements.
