About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Automation Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing and executing customer experience engagements using cutting-edge automation tools, with HubSpot experience being a firm requirement. Requirements and Qualification:
▪ 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing automation or a related field.
▪ Proven track record of successful marketing automation campaigns and strategies.
▪ Strong proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Marketo, and Adobe Campaign
▪ Excellent database management skills, with an ability to analyze and utilize data effectively.
▪ Proficient in HTML and web development practices.
▪ Relevant certifications in marketing automation tools and techniques are preferred.
▪ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for nurturing relationships.
▪ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
▪ Required to have experience with designing CRM and/or LMS solutions
▪ Designing, building and change the data model
▪ Provide guidance to a technical team with integrations and processes
▪ Designing and building workflows that aligns with the business processes
