**Key Responsibilities**
- Support Senior Procurement Manager/Head of Tactical Sourcing to deliver sourcing initiatives across food related categories. Delivery through proficient knowledge of the Collaborative Procurement Model (CPM), Category Management and 7-step sourcing process.
- Ensure timely renewal of contracts & contract negotiation.
- Source for new products and/or alternative materials to achieve cost savings with same/better quality & follow up on Food Item Evaluation (FIE).
- Planning and purchase based on past usage report, forecast given & conduct market check.
- Convert Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders & issue Purchase Orders directly in SAP.
- Perform contract administration and liaise with QA Department for approval of documents pertaining to quality and food safety.
- Supplier relationship management.
- Resolve internal/external customer complaints and coordinate with suppliers on return of goods and other issues.
- To liaise with Finance and suppliers on payment issues.
- To follow up on shipping and freight documents.
- Any other projects & duties assigned by supervisor.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum Degree with at least 1 year of experience in Purchasing or food related industry
- Good analytical, problem solving, communication and negotiation skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Office, spend tools
- Knowledge of SAP system, Ariba system and category management are advantageous
