This well established General Insurer is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the Motor Claims team.

**Your new role**

You will be responsible for managing a team of Motor Claims staff who specialise in all areas of motor claims. You will be responsible for handling correspondence, liaising with intermediaries, investigate and negotiate claims settlements and recoveries and ensuring the overall smooth operations of the motor claims section.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will have approximately 4-6 years of strong Motor Insurance knowledge, technical claims experience, drive and passion to mentor junior staff and strong communication skills.
