**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in filing accident reports
- To ensure optimum advice and customer care quality for the service
- Assess the liability and advise customers on the best method to pursue their motor insurance accident claims
- Handle customers to submit claims, follow up and liaise with insurance company regarding claims;
- Liaise with insurance companies pertaining to motor claims and timely submission of accident reports and all matters relating to motor accident claim
- Manage all accident cars are repaired as scheduled and recommended by surveyors
- Handle Discharge Vouchers/documents are duly approved and signed off by customers before releasing repaired accident cars
- Follow-up with customers and insurance companies for payment of Excess pertaining to own damage claims and issue invoices pertaining to insurance claim
- Follow up with customers regarding claims' status
- Assist in answering phones calls
- To perform data entry
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working attitude and passion to learn
- Proactive attitude - constantly looking at ways to improve efficiency and job performance
