**THE OPPORTUNITY**

MMA Offshore has an opportunity for a Chartering Executive to join our Commercial division.

Reporting to the Head of Chartering - Asia, this role will be to work with the Commercial Team to support the chartering and tendering team in research and analysis into regional market data, as well as assist in tenders and contract preparation.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our Singapore office.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be external client point of contact for enquiries, tenders and contracts, as well as internal departments during pre and post fixtures
- Assist preparation and submission of tenders in a timely manner
- Maintain contract register in intranetand upload contracts
- Support in the preparation of quotations/pricing indications
- Be responsible for the roles carried out by the Chartering Manager in a relief capacity where required
- Prepare quotations and tender specifications accurately
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to oversee pending charters.
- Fully understand tender requirements in the tender submissions, and ensure relevant operational personnel, where required, are aware of vessel commitments to allow adequate planning of operations.
- Timely submissions of quotations and tenders
- Data capturing in tender submissions
- Ownership of accounts and start to end management

**DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE**
- Able to multi-task constantly
- Extremely organized
- Basic understanding of the maritime industry and oil & gas market

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Diploma or degree in Maritime/Business/Marketing or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 1 year working experience or entry level applicants
- Will provide necessary training
- Positive/go-getter attitude and willingness to learn
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Good in written & spoken English
- Proficient in MS word, excel and outlook
- Willing to work in multi-cultural environment
- Able to work well with others in a fast-paced working environment
- Able to work independently and as a team
