**Job Description**:
The incumbent will primarily be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the eNETS platform (Internet Payment Gateway for Credit and Debit transactions) including the technical integration of newly onboarded merchants.

He/She will ensure various issues and technical queries arising from internal teams, merchants and external partners are attended to and resolved within the stipulated service agreement.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist merchants in the technical integration of NETS payment gateway
- Improve the efficiency of merchant support via process improvements and automation wherever possible.
- Co-ordinate regression testing with the banks based on planned schedules published by the banks.
- Work closely with various internal support teams during the investigation process to identify and resolve merchant errors/problems.
- Perform functional testing with the development team within the system administration portal.
- Provide pre-sales support when needed to the Sales team on merchant integration aspects
- Assess and analyze merchant requirements and provide appropriate solutions with respect to integration or support
- Provide after office hours or weekends support on site or from home (not frequent, as and when required), off-day will be compensated accordingly.
- Involve in supporting sales for pre-sales and technical solutioning.
- Analysis of operations statistics within the team for management reporting

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or any other related IT disciplines

Experience
- Prior experience in handling external customers will be preferred, especially with established merchants that have presence in the internet payment processor arena.
- Basic understanding of database systems such as Oracle Database. Ability to construct simple SQL statements would be advantageous
- Good understanding of payment instruments such as credit card, internet banking, QR and payment platforms
- Programing knowledge/experience will be an added advantage

- Understanding of web based programming languages / technologies such as Java, PHP, C#, NodeJS, JQuery, Go-lang, JSP,.NET/ ASP, and iOS & Android platforms.
- Understanding of Windows and Unix based operating systems & the basic differences of various internet and mobile browsers (IE, Chrome, Safari, iOS and Android-based platform)
- Able to anticipate customers’ needs within own area of work and partner with customers to achieve win-win solutions
- Good technical analytic and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of payment systems and its supporting components.
