**Human Resources Assistant - APAC**

**Summary of the role but also what our team are up to**:
The nature of this role is to deliver a proactive and flexible HR service by providing relevant and appropriate HR support to all colleagues, whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, documented policies and employment legislation in the Singapore region primarily.
**What will you be responsible for /helping us to do?**:
- Provide day to day HR support across various functional areas including but not limited to recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and offboarding
- Responding timely to employee requests regarding HR and people team queries, in line with legal and company requirements
- Issuing employee correspondence and communications as appropriate
- Support the ongoing development and implementation of new policies and procedures; contributing to the continuous improvement of People Team systems and practices globally at Go City
- Administration and monitoring of various MOM matters such as employment passes, tax clearance, leave reimbursement, inquiries, and quarterly surveys
- Liaison with our Workspace provider to ensure colleagues have the appropriate facilities.

**Requirements**:
**What skills do you have that are essential in this role?**:
- 2+ years of related HR assistant/ generalist experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Good working knowledge of local employment law as being able to demonstrate a strong understanding of current HR & recruitment issues
- A natural at both verbal and written communication
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and high growth environment across multiple time zone
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and professional demeanour/ confident telephone manner
- Able to build effective relationships with line managers and stakeholders across the business
- Singaporean only
