**Responsibilities**:

- Drive adoption and usage of DBS/POSB debit and credit cards as well as PayLah amongst consumers through marketing initiatives and partnership programs
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new cardholders and merchants as well as promote higher card and PayLah usage through innovative campaigns and partnerships with merchants, fintechs and government agencies
- Partner management: Drive negotiations, onboarding and management of Cards and Paylah Partners key to the DBS Platform
- Seamless Customer Journey (CJ): Develop and implement customer journeys which are seamless and intuitive - meeting the implementation timelines and milestones agreed with the partner.
- Campaigns Management: Define and execute activities and campaigns to drive Cards and Paylah usage to meet key business objectives
- Budget: To drive payment volumes of partners to ensure set target is met via marketing campaigns
- Data Analysis: Regularly track performance of business/partner initiatives through available reporting tools and identify gaps to meet the agreed KPIs. Analyze card and PayLah transaction and spending patterns to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted programs to boost specific categories

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cards marketing, loyalty programs, partnership management or business development
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful acquisition and engagement campaigns
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication and presentation skills with ability to manage and influence internal stakeholders and external partners
- Strong sense of curiosity to understand the business with motivation to drive meaningful value to the organisation and partners
- Customer centric, able to understand and anticipate what customers need
- Data driven with strong analytical skills and ability to collect and analyse data, establish facts, and make recommendations or decisions using data.
- Able to problem solve for internal and external parties
- Team player with good interpersonal skills to work effectively and collaborate widely with cross-functional teams
