As the Consulting Practice Lead (Healthcare), you will be responsible for setting up and leading the healthcare consulting arm as an additional business line within VentureBlick. Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities, prospecting, and pitching to potential clients in the healthcare industry. You will also play a crucial role in project management, ensuring the successful delivery of all consulting engagements. This role can be based in either Singapore or Berlin.

**Responsibilities**:

- Business Development and Client Acquisition:

- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities in the healthcare sector
- Build and maintain a strong network of key stakeholders, industry influencers, and decision-makers
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to acquire new clients and expand the healthcare consulting portfolio
- Lead the prospecting and pitching efforts to engage prospective clients and showcase the value proposition of our healthcare consulting services
- Project Management:

- Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from project initiation to successful completion, ensuring high-quality and timely execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and our external medical expert network to gather insights, develop solutions, and design customized healthcare consulting projects tailored to clients' needs
- Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are executed within scope and meet or exceed client expectations
- Thought Leadership and Industry Expertise:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes within the healthcare sector to drive thought leadership
- Relationship Management:

- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and goals to deliver tailored solutions
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication, addressing concerns, and continuously seeking opportunities to add value

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Proven track record of either working at a healthcare-focused consulting firm or in the healthcare practice of a top-tier management consulting firm
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, pitching, and winning new healthcare consulting clients
- Fluency in an additional language other than English would be highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including healthcare providers, payers, regulatory environment, and industry challenges
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for driving growth and creating impactful business opportunities
