Senior Director, Consulting Practices - Visa Consulting and Analytics

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful, and financial results for Visa's network clients, including financial services and merchants. Drawing on expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational, and macroeconomics, VCA solves strategic problems for clients.

As a Senior Director of Consulting Practices at Visa, your responsibilities include:

  • Driving business and pipeline development of Visa's Consulting and Advisory services with revenue targets.
  • Leading high-impact solutioning and delivery to achieve high NPS and repeat engagements.
  • Developing the Consulting practice area and contributing to Thought Leadership.
  • Developing a project pipeline in partnership with Client Relationship Management teams.
  • Leading strategic and planning discussions at the client level.
  • Collaborating with internal Visa teams and stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities with Issuing/Acquiring Bank Partners, Fintechs, and Merchants.
  • Ensuring delivery of high-quality consulting deliverables.

This role involves working with clients in India and South Asia, supporting Visa's strategy to diversify revenue through consulting and analytics. Basic qualifications include previous engagement management or business development experience at a large management consulting firm or portfolio management/product leadership at a large Indian financial institution. Strong analytical, problem-solving, team leadership, financial acumen, presentation skills, and experience in analytics are required.

Preferred qualifications include project management skills, a strong consulting toolkit, experience using financial indicators to measure performance, and a focus on ROI.
