- This role as a Maintenance Manager within Yinson Production Offshore Pte Ltd based at the Singapore Office, under the Offshore Production division, requires good organization, coordination skills, and in-depth knowledge of maintenance and inventory management strategies. The role involves overseeing the strategy, framework, development, execution, operation, and governance of maintenance and inventory processes. You will have direct interactions with various stakeholders, both internal and external.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of Maintenance & Inventory strategies and initiatives within the organization.
- Define scope, manage deliverables, including budget, strategy, and timeline comprehensively.
- Ensure performance and accountability against defined KPIs, establishing appropriate KPIs for team success, monitoring progress, and driving continuous improvement.
- Effectively manage a team to:

- Develop, implement, and sustain effective maintenance strategies and programs.
- Contribute to the development, execution, and supervision of plans, policies, and practices enhancing the value of maintenance and inventory data throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Implement initiatives for offshore spare part management, digital warehouse, codification procedures, etc.
- Ensure proper governance is in place to support processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support on Maintenance & Inventory matters to Operations as needed.
- Define, maintain, and ensure accuracy of Lifecycle Information within the relevant domain of expertise.
- Deliver necessary training to relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Support bidding activities when required.
- Manage stakeholders and foster positive communication within Yinson Production Offshore Pte Ltd.
- Ensure compliance with corporate specifications, philosophy, and standards.
- Engage in the Lesson Learnt approach and process, promoting good practices through a lifecycle approach.

**QHSSE Duties**:

- Take care of yourself and others affected by your acts or oversights.
- Do not interfere with or misuse health and safety supplies provided.
- Report quality issues and HSSE hazards to the QHSSE department.
- Promote and participate in the QHSSE continuous improvement process.
