Being a member of Chief Client Office, the Relationship Management Director will be responsible for all client relations for DTCC with high profile Investment Managers, Brokers, Banks and IMO's in the financial services industry, growing the businesses and driving revenue. The Relationship Manager is the Voice of the Client and a trusted advisor who is responsible for overall customer satisfaction and ensuring optimization of customer use of Company services. The incumbent will also be DTCC's point of contact for participation in industry organizations, panels, as well as DTCC advisory boards and panels.

**Your Primary Responsibilities**:

- Aligned to a specific business and/or client segment and responsible for build and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, while also seeing opportunities to optimize use of our services (lead generation).
- Deliver proactive account management, including but not limited to understanding client goals and objectives, implementing a strategic relationship process, and deepening existing relationships.
- Build and drive strategic account plans aligned to each client's organizational goals and objectives.
- Prepare and implement successful in-person and/or virtual client meetings to explain new products/services, ensure satisfaction with existing products/ services, and to review account plans.
- As applicable, actively participate in new product initiatives, compliance, risk management, technology and innovation meetings and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Credibly position DTCC product and service offerings in the context of financial services industry trends & changing technology landscapes.
- Drive revenue growth with handled accounts for new services or optimizing use of existing products & services by generated high quality leads for the sales team and supporting the sales cycle.
- Meet or exceed performance goals pertaining to client retention, client satisfaction, growth, and profitability.

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to provide appropriate coaching, feedback and resources to develop team to the fullest potential
- Willingness to travel to top tier accounts
- Established track record for delivery in a sales and account management role (3-5 years)
- Excellent understanding of solution selling and sales process
- Proficiency in use of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), including quality written call reports, capturing key contacts and account plan strategies.
