**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Human Resources Functions**:
**Recruitment & Placement**
- Develop annual manpower plans and lead end-to-end recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interviews, negotiations, and issuing offer letters;
- Build partnerships with recruitment agencies and local universities to establish a local and expatriate talent pool.

**Onboarding & Offboarding**
- Conduct new employee orientation, employment contract signing, document management, and probation evaluation;
- Manage the resignation process, including exit interviews, asset handover, BPJS (Indonesia’s mandatory national social security system) termination, and system access removal.

**Attendance & Payroll**
- Review attendance records, leave, and overtime; support payroll processing, taxation, and monthly salary payments;
- Responsible for registration, data updates, payment and reconciliation of BPJS Health & Employment, and reporting to relevant authorities.

**Performance Management & Training**
- Implement KPI systems established by the head office, organize performance evaluations, and collect assessment data;
- Conduct annual/quarterly training programs including regulation compliance, job skills, and career development.

**Corporate Culture & Policy Implementation**
- Promote core company values and work culture through routine activities such as value briefings, festive celebrations, and employee welfare programs;
- Draft and update local employee guidelines, and support the implementation of SOPs, code of ethics, and group policies;
- Act as a cultural bridge between the head office and local teams to foster team synergy.

**Employee Relations**
- Handle employee feedback and grievances proactively, and conduct job satisfaction surveys;
- Design and organize team activities such as outings, shared birthday celebrations, and annual award events.

**2. General Affairs Functions**:
**Facilities & Asset Management**
- Manage daily operations of offices, basecamps, and employee accommodations, including lease, utilities, internet, and maintenance;
- Establish inventory systems and oversee procurement, asset recording, and disposal processes.

**Driver & Logistics Management**
- Manage the company driver team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and monitoring safety and discipline;
- Schedule operational vehicles, oversee routine maintenance and STNK (Vehicle Registration Certificate) renewals, and implement fuel (BBM) reporting systems;
- Coordinate employee accommodations, daily logistics, living necessities, and cleanliness management.

**Administrative Support**
- Handle document translations (Bahasa-English-Mandarin), data archiving, internal correspondence, and expense reimbursements or claims;
- Assist with visa, KITAS (Limited Stay Permit Card), NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number), taxation, and legal documentation for expatriate staff.

**Government Coordination & Compliance**
- Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower, Immigration, BPJS, Tax Office, and Industrial Estates for administrative and regulatory reporting needs;
- Assist in company licensing, labor audits, annual project reports, and K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) licensing.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from an accredited university in Indonesia or abroad.

**Work Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & GA;
- Preferably experienced in manufacturing, construction, property, or multinational companies.

**Professional Capabilities**
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS systems;
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Experience in driver management and corporate logistics is a plus.

**Skills & Work Attitude**
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills;
- Strong work ethic, honesty, neat documentation, discipline, and ability to work under pressure;
- Capable of handling multiple tasks independently and efficiently.

**Language Proficiency**
- Bahasa Indonesia: fluent (mandatory)
- English: fluent for work communication
- Mandarin: an advantage (for communication with head office)

**Additional Assets / Preferences**:

- Experience in company establishment, labor audits, BPJS reconciliation, or government licensing;
- Previous work in Chinese or multinational companies with bilingual (Mandarin-English) reporting systems;
- Experience in large-scale construction projects (e.g., EPC) or industrial park environments.
