**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing and mitigating potential screening hits
- Responding to user queries
- Conducting training for users
- Onboarding/off-boarding users and troubleshooting user and system issues
- Reviewing and approving new vendors and spotting data quality and system issues
- System maintenance
- Assisting with data migration and setting up workflows for newly acquired businesses
- Assisting with maintaining business processes
- Prepare reports and presentations, as requested
- Working closely with teams such as compliance, legal, accounts payable, IT, and/or sourcing on various projects
- Occasional meetings outside of regular business hours since the manager is in the Eastern Time Zone

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years’ experience with vendor compliance
- Basic knowledge of the vendor management life cycle
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with mínimal supervision
- Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets as well as the other Microsoft and Google Suites
- Experience working in a fast paced, high volume office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quick learner, adapt to changing process and procedures
- Detailed oriented and ability to be resourceful in research

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in help desk support, database management, or with a workflow system a plus
- Experience in conducting research or with a third party compliance due diligence platform a plus
- Experience with data migration a plus
- Familiarity with SAP, JD Edwards or other payment systems a plus
