DESIGNATION : Executive, Program Management (Ref Mur)

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Executive, Program Management**

To meet growing demands, our Program management team is looking for individuals who are passionate and able to work well under pressure in a fast
- paced, high volume environment. As an integral part of the team, you are required to provide efficient and effective support. You should possess excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to multitask on administrative work and adapt to changes. **Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Master Schedule
- Tracking of schedule changes, updating and maintaining master schedule
- Converting timetable to student's version
- Remodule Contract Management - FT
- Remodule contracts
- Navision and KSS Updating - Batch Upload with IT's help
- Credit Notes/ Refund resulting from remodule/ extension contracts if any
- Updating Finance/ IT on statistics of Remodule bulk sales orders on a monthly basis
- Submission of Navision remodule product codes to Finance
- Waitlist Management
- Work with Manager closely to review and manage waitlist placement
- Notify students on invalid waitlist requests
- Manage Administration and systems for resumption of studies
- Checking of unit entitlements
- Checking on Celcat clashes allocated and assign alternative class(es) and/or make up session
- Provide low attendance counselling to students
- Welcome Orientations/ MUST/Class Visits
- Assist in phone calls/ walk in queries
- Adhoc projects/ audit events/ ad hoc admin duties assigned by Manager etc
- Attend/ Assist in Graduation ceremonies
- Miscellaneous administrative matters (such as KSS MID creations/update, attendance checks, performing course evaluations, etc, as necessary)

QUALIFICATIONS

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree holders in any field or equivalent.
- Excellent Customer service & communication skills
- General Administration.
- 1 year experience in Administration is preferred
