Job Title: Executive Program Manager

The Executive Program Manager plays a pivotal role in the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of complex projects. This individual is responsible for defining project scope, managing resources, leading teams, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks to ensure timely completion within budget and meeting required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Resource Management: Manage financial resources, including determining and allocating budgets for the project.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify and assess potential risks, developing strategies to mitigate them and minimize their impact on the project.
  • Team Leadership: Assemble and lead high-performing project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure team performance.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project status, progress, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the Executive Program Manager must possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 8 to 10 years of experience as an effective project manager, excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the hierarchy.

Preferred Skills:

Certification as a project management professional (PMP), experience in handling contract manufacturing projects, and proficiency in various software applications related to project management are highly desirable.
