**Responsibilities**
- Clear BOM, goods confirmation and outgoing arrangement
- PTO sample preparation & shipment to Markets & Customers
- Material call-off from Sankyu to Plant
- URM raising and following up
- Control expiry material in Plant, no accumulation and on time and in proper approach to clear of the “material”
- Work closely with warehouse to make control of the inventory in Plant, no stock keep in warehouse more than 3weeks without consumption, if any, should return to main warehouse
- Production Planning
- Delivery the best and cost effective production scheduling -(MPS)
- Maintain related SAP setup such as BOM recipe
- Inventory control, ensure no rejected material kept in Plant
- Act as model to other staffs for safety behaviors
- Perform job in line with safety practice and guideline, ask if in doubt, no go if the job is not clear
- Bear full responsibilities of wearing PPE in job, no compromise and nonsense
- Report any potential risk in plant in order to maintain safety working environment
- No horse play act, cut short and safety compromised in the job.

**Requirement**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
