**Responsibilities**
- Establish a manufacturing process plan for new products/projects.
- Define the manufacturing process schedule through the Gantt chart.
- Communicate with the sales team on the product/project manufacturing timeline and coordinate with the manufacturing team to execute it.
- Generate the Manufacturing Order in ERP (Navision) and update the progress regularly.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing team on buy parts ordering and follow up.
- Organize with the Quality team on First article inspection and validation.
- Arrange with respective Production Engineers on the process flow and monitoring of process progress.
- Arrange coordination meetings between different functions on the Project status and achieve the OTD as per the agreed plan.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers on the cost and time revaluation, after the completion of the First Article.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:

- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication skill and influencing capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Initiative, organized and responsible to meet target
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional groups and peers.
- Singaporeans only.
