Position Summary:
Support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) workflow function which includes workflow development for NPI and improving the robustness of current workflows in Instrument Manufacturing. Co-work with Life Cycle Management, Quality and IT teams to develop, implement and maintain manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity. Explore, develop and utilize MES, Computer Integrated Manufacturing and Data Analytics tools to achieve high standards of operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Participate in the Singapore MES Centre of Excellence initiative with the following objectives:

- Lead and drive factory wide MES integration and deployment
- Develop MES workflow models for all new product introduction programs
- Develop links between the MES workflow models to other enterprise systems, e.g. SAP, ETQ, etc
- Implement MES workflow model development, verification and validation, approval, launch and change control

Continuous improvement to support MES requirements in current manufacturing processes:

- Improve efficiency of current MES workflow models to enhance ease of use
- Error proving of current MES workflow models to eliminate malpractice and improve accuracy
- Execute extensive test runs prior to implementation
- Improve record keeping and documentation system

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in MES Modeling/ development, preferably CAMSTAR MES
- Experience in CIM and CAMSTAR MES manufacturing environment
- Experience in medical device manufacturing environment
- Experience in project management
- Good problem-solving and data analysis skills. Good leadership and a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent and self-motivated

**Education**:

- Degree in Information System, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
