**Responsibilities**:_
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, target markets, and industry trends.
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as online research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by actively pursuing business opportunities and converting leads into customers.
- Engage in negotiations with clients, discussing terms and conditions, pricing, and contractual agreements.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales projections accurately.
- Develop strategies and execute plans to enter new markets or expand our presence in existing markets.
- Coordinate, plan and gather bid submission documents for tendering/bidding activities, Tender questionnaires, and Pre-qualifications.
- Gather tender information and references from various sources.
- Ensure tender submissions align with client’s requirements and are standardized.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Handling ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by Supervisors.

- You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self-motivated and an independent individual who is detailed oriented, possess strong skills relevant to the scope of work; able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure. Be ready to embark on a dynamic journey with us_
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field (often preferred, but not always required).
- At least 2 to 3 years’ related sales experience, preferably in interior design industry
- Target driven and highly motivated.
- Strong presentation, sales, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communications, account management and organization skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin

- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
