Monitor all tenancies to ensure observance of all covenants and take appropriate actions to address or remedy any default

Carry out the obligations and to enforce the rights of the Landlord in respect of the Tenancy Agreement signed between the Landlord and the Tenants

**Managing Tenant**

Attend to Tenant’s inquiries, requests and feedback for repairs and put up recommendations for consideration.

Ensure that all requests are properly recorded indicating clearly the date and time of requests, date and time of completion of such repairs

To ensure that our rights are in accordance with the Tenancy Agreement such that no unnecessary expenses are incurred by the Landlord throughout the tenancy period

To always convey and seek approval for expenses only to be payable by Landlord arising from Tenant’s requests prior to commitment to Tenants

To plan and implement customer service gestures to foster good relationships

To provide adequate feedback channels for Tenants and maintain good relationships with them at all times

All service chits/attendance calls will be filed for Landlord’s inspection if required. A copy of the tenancy procedures shall be furnished, if appointed.

Preparation of standard handover kit that comprises of keys, accessories, inventory list, etc.

Check the apartment thoroughly to ensure all defects are captured and provide recommendations for rectification. Thereafter, procure & coordinate the required works with the contractors

Ensure all defects of the apartment are recorded and rectified accordingly

Liaise with the contractors, service providers to ensure that all tenancy works are completed in a timely fashion at the required standards

Conduct check-in session of the Tenants, to ensure all the obligations in the Letter of Offer are adequately provided for and up to the required standards.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder with good communication skills.
- Experience in Residential Lease Management would be an advantage
- Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Self
- driven with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
