The Retail Tenant Manager is responsible for managing tenant relations within a retail property, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality of tenant services. This role involves handling tenant inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with other departments to provide a seamless tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail tenants. Facilitate open and transparent communication channels between tenants and management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
- Prepare sales date reports to assist in tenants retail sales performance.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monitor expenditures.Support tenant lease agreements and contracts.

Qualifications:

- Education in related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in retail tenant management in top shopping malls
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
