The Singapore Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business of TADA in Singapore. As TADA is growing, we are expanding our team to enrich the lives of our users via new services. The team is small but positive and collaborative, and strives to optimise ride-hailing operations in Singapore. We are seeking individuals who are comfortable with ambiguity but uncomfortable with the status quo.

**Get to Know Your Role
As a Product Trainee specialising in Quality Assurance, you will help out on problems reported by everyone and provide the best product for our users. You would be responsible for tracking the missing, hunting down the broken, and resolving all issues to help give the best experience for TADA users.

**Day -to-Day Responsibilities**
- Be highly detail-oriented, have a keen eye for observing UI/UX issues and possess strong investigative skills to identify technical/functional bugs
- Perform regular front-end testing of iOS apps, Android apps and web tools to ensure that the products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability for all users
- Define test specifications, execute test plans, identify bugs/issues, make recommendations for improvements, and be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to follow up closely with issues until resolution
- Master all of the organization’s toolsets, and have a deep understanding of the various functions and features to create training materials and operating manuals
- Participate in the process of defining and developing new products which include conducting market research to better understand customer needs and perform data analysis and make informed decisions about product development
- Have a keen understanding of technology and the ability to work with technical teams to define product requirements and evaluate technical feasibility
- Maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operation, customer service, and marketing, to ensure that products meet the needs of users and achieve company goals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to drive results
- A strong sense of initiative with the willingness to go-the-extra-mile for both internal and external stakeholders
- Dedication to continuous learning and easily adapt to new tasks or working environments
- Strong background in strategic thinking, analytics & demonstrated ability to problem-solve
- Experience in a relevant field in a tech company is plus (We accept internship experience)
- Strong academic track record is a plus
