This role reports to: Chief Investment Officer, GroupM Singapore

**In this role, your goals will be**:
**In three months**:

- Understand GroupM digital trading strategy, products and internal processes
- Be familiar with the trading partnerships we have and ways of working with vendors
- Get to know GroupM agency partners, key internal stakeholders and key vendors we work with

**In six months**:

- Foster a good working relationship with GroupM agency partners, key internal stakeholders and all the key vendors we work with
- Identify and address challenges/gaps in GroupM digital supply and come up with a strategy to deliver against targets and KPIs
- Work with the Chief Investment Officer to successfully launch new digital trading products

**In 12 months**:

- Demonstrate to GroupM agency partners, key internal stakeholders the value delivered and performance against KPIs
- Developed a strong working relationship with all key vendors
- Complete negotiations for following year’s partnerships, working closely with Head of Investment
- Develop pricing benchmarks for digital media across the group
- Manage and maintain the digital trading products

In this role, your main focus will be to:

- Build and maintain strong professional long-term relationships with GroupM trading partners and liaise with key vendors in Singapore
- Grow and develop supply channels, in line with GroupM’s BAV (brand safety, ad fraud and viewability) standards for video, display, audio and native opportunities
- Develop and manage digital products
- Manage internal stakeholders in line with yield management and delivery to publisher deals
- Develop, co-ordinate and oversee supply programmes to deliver client objectives across GroupM agencies and brands

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Develop and execute a strategy for adding and growing key supply partners to GroupM (across all GroupM brands) that deliver value while meeting GroupM’s KPIs around brand safety, ad fraud, viewability and reach.
- Manage supply quality - review supply performance, share recommendations, and help drive new currencies; BAV scores across partners etc
- Identify and cultivate relationships with supply partners, piloting new initiatives and evaluating the performance of these initiatives as part of the larger GroupM digital trading strategy
- Research and develop innovative new business models and growth opportunities with partners; negotiate, structure, and execute relevant agreements
- Build and manage digitally-focused trading models/products
- Build relationships and collaborate extensively with partners in GroupM agencies and brands
- Develop business intelligence solutions to manage and track investments, ensuring they are in line with overall client strategy
- Use the feedback from publishers managed to identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems and tools for entire publisher base
- First line in partner support ensure best in class service to queries and requests
- Support agencies in new business pitches

**What you will need**:

- At least 6-8 years of experience in a Digital Media leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar area of study is preferred
- Must demonstrate strong strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated success to lead, build consensus and work effectively across functions, marketing business, internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Strong understanding of digital pricing models and benefits, including CPM, CPC and CPA models, as well as new currencies such as viewability and attention, etc
- Strong technical understanding of supply set-up
- Strong organizational skills, able to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Up-to-date on latest trends in the digital media & publisher landscape
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
