Our client is a reputable **General Builder** in Singapore with proven expertise in public housing and upgrading works.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, and conferring with management.
- Determine project specifications by studying customer requirements, and performance standards; complete technical studies and prepare cost estimates.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing site works to meet project objectives.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and requirements to ensure compliance with standards.
- Prepare cost estimates, reports, and progress updates.
- Support site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project schedules.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site-related issues.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years’ relevant experience in site engineering or project works.
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with BCA standards and workplace safety regulations is an advantage.
