- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
- Managed sub-contractors/product installer’s daily activity at project site accordingly to the agreed installation program with the main-contractor.
- Coordinate with the factory manager on the product manufacturing schedule and delivery to site.
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
- Supervise the work of labourers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
- **Requirements and skills**_
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with interpreting construction drawings and able to prepare installation program for main contractors.
- **Work Experience**_
- Five years of project management experience in the construction industry, in dealing with build façade works preferred.
- Years of construction management experience managing budgets and schedules.
- Experience leading a construction crew.
- Proven risk management experience in construction projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
