Responsibilities

  • Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, and conferring with management.
  • Determine project specifications by studying customer requirements, and performance standards; complete technical studies and prepare cost estimates.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing site works to meet project objectives.
  • Review technical specifications, drawings, and requirements to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Prepare cost estimates, reports, and progress updates.
  • Support site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project schedules.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site-related issues.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' relevant experience in site engineering or project works.
  • Strong knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with BCA standards and workplace safety regulations is an advantage.
