**Your Job**:
We're looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our growing team here at Indeed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process monthly payroll and prepare payroll-related documentation across multiple APAC locations in collaboration with our global third-party payroll provider
- Process new hires, terminations, status changes, tax and statutory reporting, direct deposits, pay rate changes, garnishments and equity transactions etc.
- Prepare Monthly and Year-end reporting and reconciliations
- Process off-cycle payments and support internal and external payroll audit requests
- Partner with HR to align payroll and benefit enhancements whilst collaborating on process improvements and standardisations across the payroll function

**Who You Are**:

- 3+ years payroll experience in APAC
- Good analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate & effectively communicate with various business stakeholders
- Experience in projects / process efficiencies review
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills and experience with Workday

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

**Salary Range Transparency**:
Singapore 68,000 - 88,000 SGD per year
