**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

1. Role Description:
This position reports to the Operations director and interfaces with sub contractors and customers through the whole interior project management phase. We are committed to groom individuals to become an interior designer equipped with good project management skill.

2. Sepcific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:
A. Interior design and project management from start to end.

B. Creation of 3D interior drawing and layout plan.

C. Carpentry measurement and drawing

D. Assisting customers for materials and colors selection.

E. Creation of the workflow plan and oversee each phase of the project.

3. Competencies

A. Understanding customer's requirement and propose space plans and functional designs to customers

B. Create interior layout floor plan drawings using Adobe Illustrator software

C. Create interior 3D design renders using Sketch Up and Coohom softwares

D. Take carpentry measurements and create carpentry detailed drawing using AutoCad software

E. Material selection and color pairing

F. Understanding interior renovation essentials and items to be used throughout the project phase

G. Create work flow plan using Adobe Illustrator and time plan using Google Calendar and manage the whole interior project phase

4. Duration of traineeship and attachment offered:

- 6 months

- Non Mature Mid Career Individuals -$2100.00
- Mature Mid Career Individuals -$2700.00
