**Regional Sales Manager (FMCG)
The Regional Sales Manager / APAC signs responsible for developing and growing sales and margins in the designated region; in adherence with the organizations strategy. The position holder manages distributors, channel partners, and key customers and acts as expert for the respective product and brand in the region. S/he works in close alignment with global sales, global key account management, marketing and product management. In addition, the jobholder manages the company’s commercial input to the demand planning process.
- Sales and Gross Margin responsibility in APAC Region (without China)
- Grow market share and relevance, acquire new business (Key Accounts) in the region
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
- Analysis and evaluation of market, go-to-market, segments and revenues
- Strategic development with a view to market development, product range, competition, pricing
- Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling price
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
- Continuous development to improve and simplify sales processes in cooperation with all relevant departments and interfaces inside and outside the company
- Development and coordination of partnerships in accordance with the Professional goals and specifications
- Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
Requirement
- Good understanding of regional commercial process, incl. sales, mktg., KAM, distribution development as well as involved stakeholders (e.g. dealers, distributors, etc.)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to address different audiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset and driven to accomplish tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
