Your new role
- Responsible for the end-to-end process of Trade Life Cycle and Corporate Actions across all asset classes.
- Day-to-day supervision of processing activities, including issue resolution and escalation.
- Partnering with the Head of Department to design and implement an effective team strategy.
- Identify process deficiencies and facilitate system enhancement and process improvement.
- Support and manage Prime Brokerage and Department projects and initiatives.
- Documentation of business requirements and functional specifications.

What you'll need to succeed
- Required to work early shifts and roster Public Holidays.
- 10 years in Brokerage or Investment Banking Operations.
- 7 or more years in mid-management capacity.
- Good product and market knowledge across different asset classes, Equities and Securities is highly advantageous.
- Prior experience in system roll-out is preferred.
