**Responsibilities**:

- General Sales support duties
- General logistics duties
- Answering phone calls
- General admin work
- Filing and organizing
- Arranging and packing stock for deliveries
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Nitec/’O’/Diploma Level qualifcation Experience in basic sales knowledge and logistics coordination preferred
- Possess initiative, able to work
- independently after training
- Strong communications skill and
- organized, ability to multi-task
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must (both written & spoken)
- Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
