**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Working location differs based on the deployment role assigned to each officer (some roles are WFH)
- Min Qualification: Nil. But special skills(e.g. Secretariat/data/procurement etc), and ability to speak dialects is sought after.
- Salary range: Hourly rated. (from $9-$13/h.)
- Main Duties : End-to-end processing of appeal requests to ensure timely support is given.
- Address concerns and appeals as part of the case management workflow
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant stakeholders to ensure that public health interventions are implemented in a timely fashion
- Monitor appeals arising from MOPs through various platforms
- Calling MOPs for investigations on appeals raised
- Track and monitor outcomes of appeals
- Collate the updates on appeals and update in the platform
- Other tasks may be assigned
Key Skills/Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Comfortable in engaging members of public
- MX 13 and above
- Training will be provided
Work Arrangement
- Mix of office hours and shift work
- Mix of on-site and WFH
- May include being rostered on weekends and PH duties to support operations when required
- 12 hours Shift (9 a.m. to 9 p.m.) on a two-days on, two days off cycle (weekends included).
- Be prepared to work long hours
- Working hours may be adjusted due to operational requirements
- May be internally redeployed to support other areas of operations when there is an operational need
