**Key Responsibilities**:

- To assist Restaurant Manager and Head Waiter/Waitress in operations of outlets to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Interact with customers and attend to any queries.
- Ensure the standard of service provided to customers at all times.
- Ensure outlet cleanliness throughout the day.
- Guide and assist new hire in operations.
- To be able to work at different outlets across Singapore.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by Management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum ‘O’ Level graduate.
- Food Safety Level 1 Certified.
- Minimum of 1 years of working experience preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore market and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong copywriting skills being a plus.
