As part of the Leadership & Talent team, the intern will learn and acquire the fundamentals of various Leadership & Talent team activities through analysis, research, delivery planning and communications.
**Responsibilities**
- Learning & Development: Exploring and supporting the development of experiential and digitalized adult learning materials and face to face, virtual deliveries
- Data Analytics: Supporting in data analysis to gain in-depth understanding of people Analytics in areas of Learning & Development and Talent Management
- Revamping Leadership & Talent space on intranet and injecting it with new look and design with updated policies and guidelines
- Communications and brandings on launches of new programs
- Research and development for best practices in areas of Talent Management and Employee trainings
- Drafting of Leadership & Talent process flow charts, standard procedures and updating of polices and guidelines
- Provide logístical co-ordination and support on events, learning programs, meetings etc
- Any other required support for the Leadership & Talent Team
**What Will Make You Successful?**
- Pursuing a Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Human Resources or relevant major
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-driven, eager to learn and able to work in a fast pace environment
- Strong in various MS software usage, communications tools
- Meticulous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with good proficiency in English
- Self-starter who takes initiative and is able to work well with deadlines
