**Key Responsibilities**:
Counter Registration
- Perform patient registration and verify relevant documents.
- Conduct the triage process, e.g. including screening and measuring and recording patient’s height/weight/ blood pressure and etc.
- Provide clear instructions to patients regarding consultation/ intervention processes.
- Perform accurate billing and timely collection of payments.
- Manage wait time and keep patient updated in a timely manner.
- Comply to clinic facilities readiness.

Consultation Room
- Provide administrative support to clinicians during consultations as required.
- Assist in scoring the assessment forms and tabulating assessment results accurately.
- Ensure documents/assessments are properly organised and scanned into the system.
- Ensure assessment tools and kits are cleaned and disinfected.

Appointment Matters
- Provide proper care and coordination and coordinate first/follow-up appointments for patients.
- Coordinate and follow-up on referrals.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum “N” Level.
- Healthcare or service-related industry preferred.
- Proficient in IT computer skills.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
