Research and Innovation Manager

Singapore AKTIVOLABS PTE. LTD. Full time

Objectives of this role:

- Identify opportunities and build collaborations towards the development of the Aktivo® platform and maintaining and establishing the scientific credentials of the company
- Develop relationships with key sector partners and stakeholders from private industry, government and academia, to support innovation; the practical translation of ideas and research outcomes into new or improved products, services, processes, systems or social interactions
- Monitor scientific and financial progress of projects to ensure that all goals and milestones are completed on time and on budget
- Critically assess outcomes and anticipated future impact, guiding projects to succeed in reviews of research progress
- Launch new research projects by facilitating project start-up activities, including finalization of project budgets, work plans and milestones and coordinate the process to close out projects after completion
- Foster relationships, facilitate meetings, and communicate effectively with project teams, the lead institutions, and other partners

**Requirements**:

- Master in Biochemistry
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in relation to Biochem industry
- Must have at least 5 years in Research
- Ability to work independently
