Ubi, Singapore AUXILIARY CONSULTANT (AC) Full time

**Salary**: $3000 - $4400 depend on experience

**Working Hours: Monday to Saturday with alternate Saturday off**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Review, update, coordinate and generate all architectural works, shop drawings, and material sample submissions.
- Coordinate and liaise all architectural works with other trades on site.
- To ensure the tool-box meeting is condected for his direct workers and subcontractors.
- Supervise and inspect all works carried out by subcontractors.
- Provide support and arrange for necessary inspection by owners,consultants,and other relevant authorities.
- Assist in the deployment and storage of architectural materials,plants,and equipment at the site.
- Preferably specializing in Architectural coordinating and being proficient in supervising sub-contractor's architectural works.
- Hands-on experience with BIM software

**Requirements**:

- Professional Certificate,Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related fiend is required for this position
- Certification in BIM
- Ability to work independently with minumum supervision and to meet tight deadlines
